Shipping Policy

After your order payment method is validated and your order is confirmed, there is a processing timeframe of 1-3 business days. Following processing, standard shipping is 2-4 business days. Be mindful that the business days Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 am - 4 pm EST and do not include weekends or holidays. 

At the time your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation via email with the tracking number. Please note that as we do not anticipate any delays, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, and other factors. 

Do we ship internationally? Yes, we do. After 1-3 business days for processing, standard international shipping is 7-10 business days. Please note that due to customs and other factors this estimated delivery timeframe may be extended. 

Please consider: Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST Monday-Friday will be considered an order placed on the following business day. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any national holidays. All orders are dispatched via FedEx. Unfortunately at this time, in store pickup is not a shipping option.
